Joanna Cheng is an artist and designer working across speculative design, product design, biodesign, and visual arts to explore critical issues in ecology, health, and the future. She finished her master in Biodesign at Central Saint Martins and holds the bachlor degree in Product Design from Shih Chien University, Taiwan.

Her practice combines interdisciplinary research with narrative-driven design, creating speculative worldviews through objects and interactive experiences that question dominant narratives and envision alternative possibilities.

Through speculative and critical visual approaches, Joanna’s work serves as a medium to communicate ideas, challenge definitions, and spark imagination.
